I am 6’2″ tall and my son is only 5′. Can Trak Racer products be adjusted to suit both of us? 

Trak Racer adds adjustable components to accommodate users of all sizes! 

Why do Trak Racer products appear to be a little more expensive than other simulator products?

We include many extras that competitors simply don’t with their rigs. Thoroughly compare what we provide with that from one of our competitors? We believe we offer the best value high-end gaming rigs out there! 

Do Trak Racer products require assembly? 

Trak Racer products are shipped out partially assembled to reduce shipping costs. Depending on the rig, assembly can be as quick as 30 minutes, through to many hours. See the relevant product page for details. PS, This doesn’t include the lifetime of tweaking and optimising that our customers love... 

Are Trak Racer products comfortable? 

All Trak Racer products are designed, developed, tested, improved, redesigned and manufactured. If the seat needs extra padding we add it, if the controls need to be closer, further away or adjusted, we do it. The result is a setup that is strong enough to accommodate the most demanding racers and will help you to remain focused and comfortable for hours!

Can I pick up my item from the warehouse?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer warehouse pick-ups.

How long until my Trak Racer is shipped out? 

Our products usually take 1-2 business days to dispatch not including transit time. Tracking will be provided once your order ships.

Are there any other products under development? 

You bet, we have lots of new products we are bringing to market and coming your way… Stay tuned!

Are Trak Racer products only compatible with PS5? 

Trak Racer products are universal. They work with PS5, PS4, PS3, PS2, Xbox and PC systems. 

What is Trak Racer’s warranty policy? 

All Trak Racer products are warranted for a minimum of 12 months and up to 5 years on specific parts. Trak Racer products are however designed to last far beyond the warranty period. For all warranty concerns please Contact TR.

Where are Trak Racer products made? 

All Trak Racer products have been designed and engineered in Australia and shared with our manufacturing facilities across the world.

Are Trak Racer products easy to store? 

Not really, but why would you want to hide such a beautiful piece of furniture? If you really need to you can easily dismantle a couple of our rigs in several of minutes to minimise the size. We do have the FS3 which you can easily store way!

How do I return an item?

We want you to love your Trak Racer product. We are happy to exchange or refund any part of your online order that you are not satisfied with (within 14 days, subject to terms and conditions). Trak Racer guarantees that all items sold are brand new (unless otherwise specified) and quality tested before shipment. Our Warranty Policy Trak Racer products are covered by a minimum 1-year warranty from the original purchase date.

What sort of warranty is offered?

All products sold by Trak Racer are covered by a minimum of 1 YEAR. We do have a 5 year warranty on our rigs/frames. Check the item description for warranty information. 

If I’ve changed my mind, what do I do?

If returning due to a change of mind the items must not be unused and returned within 14 days of receiving. If outside the 14-day return period there is a 10% restocking fee. If returning for repair/replacement, goods should be returned within the warranty period. 

Where do I send a return item?

Please contact us with details of the issue/return request and we will send you a return form that must be included and posted to the address on the form. 

How do I initiate a return?

Trak Racer must first be contacted with details of the problem. If we cannot resolve the issue we will send you a return form and return number to get the goods back to us. Please return items in their original packaging. 

What is the returns process period?

Once we receive goods back they are externally and internally examined to match serial numbers with what was sent to you and checked to determine manufacturer fault, customer fault or no fault at all. The return process normally takes 1-2 weeks. 

I’ve arranged someone to build my rig and I’m not happy? Will Trak Racer reimburse me?

No, Trak Racer will under no circumstance cover costs associated with installation/any labor from an installer not recommended/approved by Trak Racer. 

I purchased an item and now it is on backorder. What do I do?

From time to time, an item can run out of stock before your order is processed. We will contact you if there is an issue, and we will work with you to get your product. At the very least, a full refund will be happily offered via the same means as your original payment.
